Simmental

Fleckvieh, also known as Simmental, is a cross between different breeds of domestic cattle. The use of this domestic cattle breed as a dual-purpose breed is unique to Central Europe. Worldwide, this cattle breed is of great importance, especially in meat production.

The male animals reach a daily weight gain of about 1,300 to 1,400 grams.

The dressing percentage is about 63%.

White Blue Belgian

The Belgian cattle breed White Blue Belgian (WBB) is characterised by extreme muscling, not only in the loins but in all meat-bearing parts. They have short and sometimes prickly white, black and white, or blue and white coats and a medium to large frame.
The cattle have a good dressing percentage with 20-25% more than other beef cattle breeds, a high carcass and meat quality, and very lean meat.

The male animals reach a daily weight gain of about 1,350 to 1,500 grams.

The dressing percentage is about 63%.

Angus

Angus cattle are medium-framed beef cattle, black or red, naturally hornless, with light heads, fine, sturdy limbs and strong hooves. They have long bodies with good muscling, full, deep haunches, and fine, dry limbs.

Brown Swiss

Brown Swiss is a type of domestic cattle. The Brown Swiss is a solid brown to grey-brown cattle with a black nose and lighter colouring around the muzzle.
They adapt easily to different management and feeding conditions.

The daily gain of the fattening bulls is about 1,200 grams during intensive feeding.

Holstein

The Holstein cattle breed is one of the most important dairy cattle breeds in the world. Holstein Friesian and Red Holstein are high-performance cows.
Holstein cattle are the number one dairy breed in many parts of the world.

Pinzgauer

Pinzgauer cattle are predominantly distributed in the Alpine region, have corresponding robustness, and are well suited for milk and meat production.

The male animals reach a daily weight gain of about 1,200 – 1,300 grams with a dressing percentage of about 58%.

Tyrolean Grey

This distinct mountain breed produces a very good milk yield in relation to body weight with low use of concentrated feed. This breed is used internationally in marginal production areas and performs well even under difficult conditions.

The male animals reach a daily weight gain of about 1,300 grams.

Tyrolean Grey cattle are characterised by a high dressing percentage of up to 60%.

Limousin

The Limousin cattle breed originates from the Limousin region in France. The medium to large-framed Limousin cattle is light red to dark red. The hooves, horns, muzzle, and eye area are lighter in colour. The bone structure is refined. The musculature, especially on the hindquarters and back, is pronounced. Today, several hornless cattle varieties are bred as well.

Blonde d’Aquitaine

The Blonde d’Aquitaine breed of cattle with its uniform light yellow to wheat-coloured coat belongs to the large-framed mother cow breeds. The animals have a rectangular shape due to their pronounced torso and pelvic size. Colouring lightens around the eyes and the muzzle, on the inside of the extremities, and the underside of the belly.

Daily weight gain is about 1,350 to 1,500 grams.

Charolais

Charolais is a French breed of cattle. It is mainly used for meat production and especially for crossbreeding.
The animals are large-framed and have a relatively small head with a large muzzle. The body is large, broad, low, and long. The muscling of the shoulders, back, loin, pelvis, and especially of the rump is pronounced.
